My HP Pavilion computer came with a CD burner but I wanted more capacity to save my programs. I installed this drive and it worked perfectly. The included Nero burner software is great! Very user friendly. The software is huge, hundreds of megabytes but very effective. One thing to remember, the LightScribe program must be separately downloaded from the Nero site. I was impressed when I put in a DVD movie and saw it run on my computer screen. Better still, you can save scenes with a single mouse click. Cool. So far, I am very pleased with this product. The Nero software is a great bargain. A good choice for those who want to try DVD burning.
